In court, Marilyn Manson retaliated against his ex-fiancée Evan Rachel Wood, alleging that she and her accomplice used fraud, conspiracy, and defamation to sabotage his career.
According to a copy of the lawsuit acquired by The New York Times on Wednesday, he accused them of planning plots to fabricate sexual-abuse charges against him and profit from them, as well as hacking into his computers and social media and impersonating an FBI agent in the process.
They are accused of intentional infliction of mental distress, slander, and violation of the Comprehensive Computer Data Access and Fraud Act, according to the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, and internet impersonation.
Manson wants a jury trial and Wood and Gore’s claimed activities to be stopped.
